An easy to understand formula to achieving a successful outreach campaigns begins with the formation of a focus group and stakeholders. This is the first strategy, followed by terminology, market-driven messaging, user-friendly web site, and surveys.

II. The strategies for a successful training program
This sections outlines the need for CEU approved curriculum, Approved Trainers, and gaining the support of centers of distribution. A step by step process is outlined for achieving these three measures.

III. Powerful curriculum
